Recipes
We created eight different recipe cards in English and Spanish for the traditional dishes we cooked.
The youth participated in an art workshop facilitated by artist Carolina Aguirre. The backgrounds we used for the recipe cards were made in this workshop.

"I think there should be many more programs like this, especially for Latin American kids and really from kids from everywhere else that are new here, well because they don’t have anyone to hang out or be with. Here you feel like you are in a refuge, because they speak the same language and some are from the same place as you"
